Do not listen to joe ******
I was just hitting the red wine while I was cooking pizza bases for the work's drinking party in the pizza oven as well as cooking chicken cacciatore [too many tomatoes in the garden]
Well into my third litre of red wine and the fire is dying down and i have had this brilliant thought!!!! . I have 3000 hamber buns left from a party, so what I am doing, is cutting the buns in half and spreading djion mustard and toasting them in the dying fire . Now here is the alcohol driven idea !
When the buns are toasted you spread them with a thin layer of crushed tropical fruit from the tin , and then place a slice of cheese that covers the bun and fruit , cook to your liking of the cheese . _________________ more speights |
